The Minister of Health and Social Welfare of the Federal Government of Somalia and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of National Emergency Dr. Ali Haji Adan, the Minister of State in the Office of the Prime Minister and other competent heads of the DFS have taken over a part of the donation from the Government of Kenya for the emergency of the Zoobe bombings. The Kenyan government has become one of the governments that participated in the emergency response to the disaster caused by the terrorist bombings at the Zoobe intersection in Mogadishu on October 29 by bringing a plane carrying various types of nutritious food.
