The Minister of Internal Affairs participated in the inauguration of the Governor of Hudur District

The Minister of Interior, Federal and Reconciliation, Mr. Ahmed Maallim Fiqi and a delegation led by him in Hudur District, the capital of Bakool region, participated in a highly organized ceremony to crown the governor of Hudur District and the local administration.

The new governor of Khudur district, Omar Abdullahi Mohamud, who was inaugurated, will lead the council for the next four years.

Minister Ahmed Macalin Fiqi, while in Hudur, visited some parts of the city, including the airport, where construction work is going on.

The visit of the Minister of Interior, Federal and Reconciliation Mr. Ahmed Maallim Fiqi to Hudur comes just a few hours after he landed in Baidoa which is the transitional center of the South West State where he was welcomed by the Minister of Interior of the South West Mr. Abdullahi Haji Hassan.
