Hasan Sheikh Mohamud promised several points in front of the parliament if he is re-elected, and one of the points mentioned below, but the question is whether these promises will come out or will they be the ones that were wanted for the vote in. parliament.

The most rediculous scandal is the Israeli afression of the Palestinian population, Hassan Sheikh echoed ghe Emirates and he went where any Somali has ever gone for the last 63 years of independence on the other side we have his PM emotionally crying loudly that he will sacrifise his seat as PM and his soul.

RECONCILIATION:
On this subject Hassan has created the worst confrontation of the tribes among themselves, the nord has been into war for over 9 months, his own tribe has fought each other raped, torched, killed children from each other, Hassan never stopped thd bloodshed of the population, he never exercised the kife swearing to protect and serve! states that never had confrontations are at the brink of civil war ( PUBTLAND)

ELECTIONS:
He disolved and dismentalled the election team of all the federal states sending Halimo Yareey to early patient.

CONCLUSION:
hassan Sheikh’s intention to make changes to the constituition without the full presence of  some federal states is not legal. To move from 4.5 federalism to Republic government which means the
power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President of the republic, the parliament becomes cerimonial this is what is on the table, this will cause Somalia to break from each other, perhabs that is what he wants and it fits also the fight against Al shabaab being fought in these particular states.
Hassan Sheikh is not stupid nor insane, in my opinion this change is for several things.
A.To move to a Republic and cause crises and stay in power where all are tied up together,( 4.5, the federal states, the parliament, the executive, the judiciary)
B. To pave the way a Ismail Omer Gelle style government with 2 parties where 1 party dominates and the other is overun.
C. Working and executing other governments agenda to rip off this country and keep the puppet Hassan in charge.
D.To create kaos and disagreement among all and facilitate the break of the Somali State and fraction also the federal states.
Now Hassan has played his game, but we can see his movements the federal states MP need to be recalled and reject totally to reach the parliament, that is the last move we have before CHECK & MATE.
