Pie-cutting’ of overseas assets by those involved in the project entailed retention of excessive percentages and direct payments from recovered assets as well as attempts to circumvent deposits in the Central Bank of Somalia.

JARAT CHOPRA the coordinator for Somalia and Eritrea Monitoring Group who presented the report to the UN Security Council’s sanction committee, said his group stands by its findings, but refused to comment further. Why is Eritrea or it’s president never mentioned by Jarat Chopra the UN co – ordinater.

The group’s mandate includes monitoring misappropriation of public funds as well as reporting on the arms embargo imposed on Somalia in 1992.

The report says attempts to steal assets were thwarted after former Central Bank Governor Yussur Abrar challenged the terms of Shulman Rogers. Abrar quit after seven weeks in office. Her action generated an international scrutiny that later enabled her successor to protect some of the recovered assets.
Remember Abraar was threatenen by Kamal Guutaale who is the director general of Hamza Abdi Barre the PM.

The report, however, alleges there is still “a secret architecture of misappropriation,” involving Hassan Sheikh Mohamud,  Shulman Rogers as well as Musa Haji Mohamed Ganjab and Abdiaziz Hassan Giyaajo Amalo. The report says Ganjab and Amalo.
Shulman Rogers was convicted for this case for 5 years prison and lost his law firm, Shulman met Hassan Sheikh in Miniapolis in 2022, He is 1 of the lobbyst of Somalia resources, petrolium, uranium, fishery and others, so you can understand where Hassan is navigating Somalia to.

Hassan Sheikh is attemting to take all the assets remaining in various Banks over the world, He received the previous lawyer from Shulman law firm together with Amalo the previous middle man, they are working through all type of venues to complete Hassan Sheikh well known campaign poet [ QABYO NINKEEDAA DHAMEEYSTIRA] it means ”   AM THE ONLY 1 WHO KNOWS HOW TO FINISH MY PREVIOS ASSIGNMENT  WHICH FELL SHORT” in another word he means he knows the means to finish what he began to steal the 1st term and will be a better expert in his secons term.

CONCLUSION:

There is a treasure crime being committed, we warn USA bears huge responsibility in this fraudelant case of Hassan Sheikh & his team, we need to open a file through a law firm, we shall make sure US citizen are aware of their governments collusion in stealing the assets of a small poor country,.

We Somalis and US need to read the same novel to have the same understanding or is there a different democracy in Africa?
Start investigating before you deal with the devil (Hassan Sheikh ) in the Islamic holy place (MASJID ) freeze his assets unless US has colluded in the misappropriation of Somalu assets, look back to his assets in 2012 and compare with those in 2024, you cant be the Bill Gates of Somalia within 12 years.
