The news reaching us in Mogadishu says that the security forces arrested Farah Kulow, who was the governor of Eel-ma’an area in Sh. Dhexe region.
The official’s arrest is based on a horrific incident that took place this week on the outskirts of Warsheikh district, where clan-based militias massacred two women and a young child.
Preliminary investigations show that the attack was carried out by the arrested man’s eldest son and another one who is his cousin.
NISA has given Farah Kulow, who is also a member of the local council of Warsheekh district in the Middle Shabelle region, time to hand over his son who did the attack to the security agencies, which he failed. Middle and held for a murder in Warsheikh
