The White House said that President Biden has no plans to meet with Mohammed bin Salman

The White House said that President Joe Biden does not plan to meet with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia when the G20 meeting of industrialized countries opens in Indonesia.

White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said Friday that US President Joe Biden is not planning a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Sullivan made this statement to reporters as Biden left the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP27 in Egypt.

Biden met with the Saudi crown prince in July, but the Saudi-led OPEC+ cut oil production months later, a blow to the Biden administration’s efforts to control domestic gas prices and inflation in the United States.
