Now look at what the UAE is organising, they started to call the regional state leaders, starting with Ahmed Madoobe gave him the possibility of remaining in Jubaland and support for with money  in exchange of Kismaio port, they knew this was thei thug to use him as a bargaining chip to Hassan Sheikh.
