UN INCOMPETANT WORLD BODY:

As World War II was about to end in 1945, nations were in ruins, and the world wanted peace. Representatives of 50 countries gathered at the United Nations Conference on International Organization in San Francisco, California from 25 April to 26 June 1945. For the next two months, they proceeded to draft and then sign the UN Charter, which created a new international organization, the United Nations, which, it was hoped, would prevent another world war like the one they had just lived through.

Now, more than 75 years later, the United Nations is still working to not maintain international peace and security,  not to give care on  humanitarian assistance to those in need, protect human rights, and uphold international law. It is become worthless to be a member.

a world where conflicts are raging, poverty and hunger are increasing, and inequalities are deepening, the opening sentence of the  “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights,” is as important today as it was 75 .

Promoting a ‘peace culture’ is everyone’s obligation, although not everyone assumes it,” the Ukrainian war is proof of the “incapacity” of the United Nations and the international community, which bets more on weapons than on peace.

WE EXAMINE IRAQ AND UN ROLE:

The Iraq invasion of 2003 has been rationalized as lawful and authorized by material breach of UNSC Resolution 1441. It is submitted that a breach of that Resolution is insufficient legal grounds for invasion.
The Resolution is not explicit enough to warrant such construction and cannot claim to lift or abolish an existing state of cease-fire. It was for the UN not for individual states ( THE US, UK, SPAIN) to decide whether Iraq had failed to fulfill its obligations to such an extent as to warrant punitive military action. The UN refused to take such action.

The US and allies introduced pre – emtive strike, the self-defence argument rested on two conclusions, subsequently proved false – the alleged weapons of mass destruction arsenal in the possession of Iraq and the alleged links between Al-Qaeda and Saddam Hussein.
The invasion wasn’t lawful under either of those two arguments. International law does need to adapt to new threats such as terrorist activity and cruel regimes, but not at the cost of making the whole system of IUS AD BELLUM  (moral justifications for going to war) requires that the cause for war is just, obsolute and dysfunctional.

WE EXAMINE UKRAIN & UN ROLE:

Russia’s aggression against Ukraine exposes the extraordinary failure of the UN Security Council to live up to its primary responsibility to maintain international peace and security. When, in 1990, Iraq invaded Kuwait, the Security Council was swift to act and adopt resolution 678, which authorised the use of “all necessary means” to halt that aggression and restore peace. It remains to be seen
whether Russia’s aggression will serve to open a window of opportunity towards some level of reform that would enable the UN Security Council to live up to its primary responsibility to maintain international peace and security, did it? NO! It was the first time that 3 world bodies ( EU, NATO & UN ) came together in support of Ukraine people and country, giving asylum, subsudies,education in their own languages, giving employments no matter the language barrier, free medication, Europe pumped money weopans, in one instance Germany sent their lethal arms including the tank, US sent their patriot defence weopens, all of these lobbies was carried by the 3 masters of the UNSC ( FRANCE, UK & US ) this shows only that there is one standard for  Europe and a non muslim Europe, do not forget BOSNIA, CHECHNIA, predominantly muslim Europe.

The United Nation has demonstrated it’s incapacity to function as an independent tribunal based on the rule of law. Its incompetence was made clear during the recent presentation of the Commission’s third report.

At that presentation, one of the members of the Commission – Miloon Kothari – claimed that Ukraine and “Palestine” should be “dealt with” in the same way, namely, “international law uphold[s] correctly the rights of Ukrainians to resist and we would like to see the same standards being applied to the case in Israel and Palestine.”

WE EXAMINE PALESTINE & UN ROLE:
Since Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad launched an attack including thousands of indiscriminate rockets that have reached central Israel, the UN warned against indiscriminate or disproportionate action against Gaza and expressed concern over the “full siege” of the territory ordered by the Israeli authorities, shutting off electricity, water, food and fuel supplies.

” Many of us already raised the alarm about the risk of genocide in Gaza,” the experts said. “We are deeply disturbed by the failure of governments to heed our call and to achieve an immediate ceasefire. We are also profoundly concerned about the support of certain governments for Israel’s strategy of warfare against the besieged population of Gaza, and the failure of the international system to mobilise to prevent genocide,” they said.

The bombardment and siege of Gaza have reportedly killed over 19,000 people, injured more than 37,000 and displaced 1.9 million persons since 7 October 2023, while thousands are still under the rubble. Of those killed, about 41 per cent are children and
25 percent are women. Gaza is turned into a “graveyard for children,” according to the UN Secretary-General. Almost 200 medics, 102 UN staff, 41 journalists, frontline and human rights defenders, have also been killed, while dozens of families over five generations have been wiped out. Now it comes too much to neglect demonstrations all over Europe, USA, Australi, New Zealand, UK, they cant hide the truth anymore.
United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres invokes  Article 99, a rarely used clause in the U.N. Charter, to warn the Security Council that the situation between Israel and Hamas could negatively affect international peace and security.

The vote in the 15-member council was 13-1, with the United Kingdom abstaining. The United States’ isolated stand reflected a growing fracture between  some of its closest allies over Israel’s monthslong bombardment of Gaza.
With a veto and 1 abstain gives  Israel a blank check to continue the genocide, this is history being made, the UN was created to stop the Nazi war, the killings, starvations, poisoning of jews 75 years ago, the victim of 75 years ago is the doing the same to Palestine while the UN excepts the veto & obstention giving green light for the continuation of bombardment, it doesn’t stop here the US congress aproves $270 million to boost Israel not to rescue the victims.

CONCLUSION:
I can keep writing other Countries that were not orotected under the UN body ( BOSNIA, CHECHNIA, RWANDA, MYAMAIR, AFGHANISTAN,LIBYA, SYRIA, SOMALIA) all these countries have one thing in common except Rwanda, the world has failed them and have been prosecuted in the name of Islam.

to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, I conclude by asking what happened to these articles good decent words? does it work for some nation and destroy others with super oower veto? does the UN safeguard only what tge west dictate or?…..
