VISION & MISSION NOT ACCOMPLISHED BY SOMALIA’S  3 BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT:

Hassan Sheikh has failed Somalia in all aspects of lifelihood, security, accountability,  securing the basic necessities (food, water, shelter, security ) of life”. Aden Madobe the parlament’s chairman has blidfully passed or didn’t halt bizaar laws harming Somalia.

if the leaders are good, the followers will be good.
The leaders take the critical decisions and show direction.
It is the dog that should be wagging the tail, not the tail wagging the dog.
Don’t blame passengers for bad driving. Hassan Sheikh you are on the drivers seat. Countries are transformed by good leadership.
Why does a country need competent and exemplary leaders? Development starts from visioning.

No country develops by accident or co-incidence. Development is planned.
The leader, who must understand the critical issues, puts together a team, shares his vision with them, assigns them responsibilities and leads them from the front. Hassan Sheikh is the team leader, the team playing the game is also Hassan Sheikh, the cheer leader is Hassan again, the referee is Hassan Sheikh, but the loosing end is Somalia.

That is where it starts. It is when you have a vision of society that you will know that *education is key, electricity is key, health is key,miltary build up is key, security for the people & investors is key, infrastructure is non-negotiable.* It is when you have this vision that you know where to direct your energy and resources. You know the kind of people to put in charge of key ministries and agencies.

Furthermore, leaders must *not be obsessed with instant gratification, nepotism, enrichment  and personal comfort.* That is one of the biggest problems you have, and this government build up has.

You are too obsessed with the perks of office that you have forgotten why you were elected in the first instance.
Too many flights for unknown and un-necessary ,  flying as a foreign minister, defence minister, enviromental minister, treasury minister and beyond that with family representation representing Somalia signing contracts & deals that are not beneficial to Somalia.?

I understand you need to meet head of  presidential leaders, but first secure yiur town, your country make a strong cabinet with good vetting in critical governmental posts, but instead  you are more comfortable with chattered jets. What a waste. I wonder if you forgot that you are   *From Third World , on one side you are asking assistance and on the other side you are spending

millions $ to fly to un – necessary deals to so many  countries which some of them are foes of Somalia and you are aiding them to dismental Somalia, so they get easy access to our resources both coastline and minerals.

The foreign melding is too high too quick for an administration just under 2 years  old. flying to different states, beginning to fill  up Xalane with some NGO that stepped out of Somalia the last 5 years why, accountability was the order of the previos government.

Somalia is suffering from floods  and in stability, security, development and tribal crises, this administration is not looking down to the society’s need, children remain without schools for 2 months after the flooding, the disaster caused by EL Nino has not not been elevated to red by the government, the distruction of the bridges has caused economical inflation to certain areas because of the infrastructure that is beyond re construction, all of this mishaps around the country Hassan Sheikh, Aden Nadobe and Hamza Abdi Barre have turned deaf ears to these disasters, they agreed to increase the salary for the incompetent  representives by 1.500$ / month why? to make it easier and facilitate/ pass the budget for next year without any accountability or prioritising the basics of the society need. This is a second coup to Somalia by ensuring to pass everything blindfully with no accountibility or check and balance.

CONCLUSION:

The parlament’s chairman who is the number 2 of Somalia is to be removed immediatly Aden Madobe has betrayed the Somali publick, he is the course for the downfall of Somalia, He is corrupted as much as Hassan Sheikh, he did not execute his duty as upholding, safeguarding these bizaar laws that are going to effect Somalia in the ling run.
Aden Madobe should be impeached immediatly, accountability should begin with the lawmakers.

It is in every Somalis duty to not allow you and your kind to sell us out as long as we have a breath to breathe left on our soul.
We are bigger,stronger than this gangs who get rich and leave on the bloodshed of our people, we need to grow up, and no life should be wasted unnecesarry. Hassan Sheikh and his  group.
