What is the warning that the United States sent to countries that include Somalia?

The United States government has warned the leaders of African countries, including Somalia, about the instability it says Russia and China are carrying out in Africa, using millions of dollars in the name of support.

This statement was made by the United States Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin at the summit of the United States and Africa, where there are presidents including the president of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.

The President of the United States Joe Biden wants to restore the influence of the United States in Africa, using personal diplomacy, which led to the reception of 49 African leaders.

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin also said that Russia and China are expanding every year, using their economic influence in African countries.

“The tricky part is that they’re not always transparent about what they’re doing which creates problems that will eventually get in the way, if they haven’t already,” noted Austin.

Finally, the American Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin accused the Russian government of starting to sell weapons to African countries cheaply by using mercenaries across the continent, which is unacceptable and can cause instability.
